No. Submitting interest begins a review and conversation. It does not guarantee acceptance.

Participation varies by event and program. Current schedules, attendance expectations, and any costs are shared before a person decides whether to participate.

Accountability should be specific, constructive, consensual, and rooted in respect. It is never an excuse for humiliation or aggression.
